I think faction ammo really smacked tech 2 producers on the head eh? I do agree though. Maybe T2 ammo's need a little boost. Nothing crazy just a tad.

Read a bit about the different race types etc. Amarr are normally shield mashing buggers. The option for pure EM or THERMAL or a mix of EM and THERMAL. This is to bust shields of course. So in this case Amarr are best vs Caldari ships classically...
